eCamp - One-Way Emails to Camp

When a child is away at camp, parents want to be able to communicate quickly and easily. Even more importantly, managing and distributing the inbound emails and letters is a pain for organizations. eCamp is an easy way for parents to send in emails and to streamline the distribution of letters.

Customer Purchases Access: eCamp access can be purchased during or after registration either online or over the phone. Once eCamp has been purchased, the parent has immediate access from their account.

Parents Send Emails: From their account parents can type a message, choose which child to send it to if more than one child is as camp, and send messages to the camp.

Distribute eCamp Emails: All eCamp emails from the day are automatically bundled together and sent in one document via email or fax. The emails are sorted based any criteria you specify such as cabin, group, last name, etc, so that you are able to distribute them quickly and easily.
