eCamp - Camp Photo Gallery

	Easily upload photos to the management software and allow parents to view pictures from camp!
	Being able to see their children at camp is a great way for parents to feel connected and be at ease.

In addition to viewing and downloading photos from camp, parents also have the ability to order prints of their child's great memories. eCamp allows parents to easily view, download, and purchase prints of camp photos.

Customer Purchases Access: eCamp access can be purchased during or after registration either online or over the phone. Once eCamp has been purchased, the parent has immediate access from their account.

Take and Upload Photos: Using a digital camera, simply take photos during camp and upload them using the camp management system. The photos are automatically sorted and thumbnails are automatically created for the gallery view.

Parents Access Pictures: During camp, parents can login to eCamp to view and download photos.

Parents Order Prints: In addition to downloading photos, parents can also order prints. We take care of getting prints to the parents which are sent within 48 hours. Instead of marking up photos significantly for parents like other camp photo services, CampRegister provides inexpensive prints for parents to purchase.

Parents now have the option of paying an incremental fee to see pictures of camp and write to their kids in a way that is easier for you to manage. And, because eCamp can be integrated with your online forms and management software, it is simple to start using.

Integration: eCamp is integrated with Online Registration for instant purchase and access. With other services, parents must buy access later.

One Account: Because eCamp is integrated with your customer's account, they only have one account. With other services, their photo and emailing account is separate from their registration account.

No Access Codes: Because parents must log into their account to view photos, they do not need pre-approval codes for another company's photo services. With other services, you have to distribute pre-approval codes to everyone.

COPPA Compliance: Because the Management Software knows what sessions a child is signed up for, parents can only view photos from that session thereby complying with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) requirements. With other services, parents have access to all photos.

Revenue Source: You receive extremely aggressive commissions on eCamp sales while other services give you very little.

Tracking and Marketing: You are able to print a roster in your database showing who has not purchased eCamp so you can send marketing emails those parents. With other services, you don't have this integration with your database.

Look and Branding: eCamp account is customized to look like your site while with other services it looks like their site.
