Overview:
At the 2003 Christian Camping International (CCI Conference) in Keystone, Colorado, Impact 2818 was going with a purpose: to find camp management software. Every major technology provider for camps was present at the conference with demos to present. Shane Hartman (Camp Director), Evan Overman (Camp Programs Manager), and the rest of their team went to each of the technology companies to look at the online registration, management software, and photo services available.

Challenges:

• Had to manually enter around 5,000 registrations into their computer
• Managing registrant information was difficult to manage
• They operate 4 locations hundreds of miles apart
• All locations need access to the same up-to-date information
• Unable to scale their business with previous system in place
