We've recently added Instant Access training videos to provide access to general system training 24 hrs a day. Watch a video as a refresher or use them to get new staff members up to speed. Visit our training website to view our list of Instant Access videos and the complete live training schedule.
Of course, you are always welcome to attend as many of the scheduled general and advanced Live Trainings at no cost.

Support Highlights

The first two months of summer go by in a blur for you, our customers, and our support staff alike. From helping to train your new staff members to working with you on one-off camper situations, the beginning of summer is the time you need the quickest response and of course the time of year when we'll experience the highest support load.
Our goal was to improve support and reduce our average response times in the midst of this busy time and we're proud to share with you the results.
- Average call's wait times have been reduced by 50% over the last 4 months-- even with normal seasonal ticket volume increases of 31% - and the team continues to work to reduce wait times and to assist you more quickly.
- The client support team has grown by 40% to provide better service to our growing client base
- Over 235 live trainings have been conducted for both first-time and returning clients
- A number of new and updated training support videos have been posted as convenient training options
- Ongoing product enhancements including new FAQ feature, Help File and email alerts
The team is committed to you, as our valued client, and appreciates your feedback and suggestions which help us strive for the best of class in products, services and support.

Help System Enhancements
|

Thanks to the survey input you provided, we continue to improve the Help System and are pleased to share the most recent updates to the Help File:
- Improved Indexing: We've added new index functionality to the Help File so you can now search the index by area or function to find the articles most relevant to your query quicker (click to expand screenshot below).

- Key Concept Articles: New articles have been added explaining the basic concepts behind each area along with a background on how each function of the management system works.
- Icon Images: Icon graphics have been added to the Help File instructions as appropriate to assist the reader in identifying and learning the key actions and functions available within the management system (click to expand screenshot below).

- Post Your Own FAQ Articles: In April, we launch the new FAQ feature which provides quick and easy access to help information articles specific to the page you are viewing. Now you can build and post your own articles to share insights with other users from your organization to assist and save them valuable time!

I joined The Active Network in April 2008 after working for several years as an Account Manager in the mortgage industry. I have always enjoyed a fast-paced work environment and being an Account Manager for the CampRegister product here at Active definitely satisfies that need. My main focus is to ensure clients stay on track with their online registration needs and goals as well as to guide them on the products and services we offer that will help them increase the success of their business.
I work in the San Diego office with the greatest team members – I must say that I have never had the pleasure of working with such a solid group of individuals. They help make the job fun even on the most challenging of days. I also love my client base – I think it is great that I get to work with people dedicated to having a positive impact on the lives of our youth.
Outside of work, I am a mom and a biker chick. I have an 8 year old daughter named Savanna who is the most precious part of my life; and a 13 year old step-son, Rhyland - the BFG (big friendly giant) - that also adds great pleasure to my days. I am also the proud mother of a beautiful Australian Shepherd by the name of Cappuccino - my running partner and the true baby of the household. I love playing in all forms and fashions - whether it's board games, video games, cards, art projects, motocross, baseball, football, and even tag. I am a kid at heart and I don't see that ever changing!
The love of my life is Scott. Our favorite pastime is riding across the countryside on a Harley Ultra Classic. It's hard to beat the "Bagger" life. I have never felt so much a part of the environment or in awe of creation as I do on the back of the Harley beneath a wide-open sky, wind in my hair and bugs in my teeth.
