Save Time and Streamline Payment Processing with Auto-Billing

Product News and Tips

Auto Billing allows your organization to process outstanding balances on a specific date in mass amounts. This is a great tool to help eliminate the time you spend on collecting accounts receivable while at the same time providing a time-saving payment method that your camp families will appreciate. The best way to utilize this tool is to offer a pre-checked box in the billing section of the registration form, notifying them of the auto-billing feature and allowing them to uncheck the box if they would like to pay their remaining balance by a different method.

To access the Mass Billing tool, go to Tools >> Mass Updates >> Payment Processing. The Mass Billing Tool utilizes the Filtering functionality so that as an administrator, you can filter to a program to collect outstanding fees, or everyone in your system that owes a balance. If an account does not have an outstanding balance the record will be grayed out and no charge will be made to the account. Meet the Team

Julie Heying, Account Manager

Julie Heying

Julie joined the CampRegister team in December 2007 as Account Manager. In her role, Julie oversees accounts, contracts and new customer set ups, directs support requests and recommends new business technologies to complement customers' camps.

Julie said one of the things she loves most about her role at CampRegister is the opportunity to work with such amazing camp coaches and administrators. "They put a lot of thought and energy into their camps to make a positive experience for campers," she said.

Julie came to CampRegister after working several years in the non-profit industry in both IT and marketing management. She also spent much of her career in retail and technology while working for a point-of-sale technology provider.

When she isn't working, Julie enjoys spending time with her family. A camper herself, Julie and her family has attended family camp for more than 10 years.

Julie also enjoys running and staying active. She has three daughters in college who share her energetic spirit participating in such sports as lacrosse, soccer and softball.

Julie enjoys developing relationships with her clients and helping them learn the robust features of CampRegister. "It's exciting to empower customers to use the system to its fullest," said Julie.
