Professional Basketball Player Camps Choose CampRegister
Company provides technology to NBA player camps this summer including Carmelo Anthony, Michael Redd, and Chris Paul
BOTHELL, WA – May 19, 2006 – Dwight Howard is the latest in a series of NBA players to launch basketball camps powered by CampRegister’s technology. CampRegister’s technology is simplifying the registration process and operations for NBA player camps this summer including Carmelo Anthony, Michael Redd, and recently-named NBA Rookie of the Year Chris Paul.
“As a small business that operates camps for multiple high-profile NBA athletes, we must be efficient in managing the preparation time for each event,” explains Tom Osborn, Director of Operations for ProCamps. “Not only has it reduced our headaches from paperwork, but it has provided our customers with a more convenient way to register for our camps.”
Additional NBA player camps utilizing CampRegister’s technology this summer include Andre Iguodala, Damon Jones, Earl Boykins, Louis Williams, and Shane Battier.
CampRegister, a division of Thriva, provides tools that allow parents to register their children for camps online and enable camps to manage their data and communications more efficiently.
“Thriva’s registration process has allowed us to take registrations for our NBA player camps for all parts of the country,” explains Tim Baab, president of Blue Streak Camps. “We would be unable to do those particular camps without Thriva.”
In addition to online registration and database management software, CampRegister also provides website design services for professional athletes. One example is the official website for Damon Jones, found at www.damonjones.biz.
